5 best dog parks in the woodlands
When we think of The Woodlands, the word “pretty” comes to mind. The trees are pretty, the bridges are pretty, the Waterway is pretty. And with all this prettiness comes some beautiful dog parks for your furiend to stretch his legs and play with other doggos. We’ve put together a list of some of our favorite dog parks in The Woodlands area below.
terramont park
Tons of room for your four-legged friend to run, and ample shade for you on those hot, humid days. Lots of hills and trails, and they even have a skate park!
cattail park
One-acre park with something for everyone, including a dog park water fountain! Cattail also has BBQ pits, a jogging grail and a gazebo with picnic tables.
burroughs park
This 320-acre beauty is located in Tomball and includes a seven-acre fishing lake, eight miles of nature trails and of course, a dedicated dog area for your furiends.
bear branch dog park
Baby pools and a fire hydrant mister for your dog? Yes, please! Bear Branch Dog Park is located off Research Forest Drive, and has over 2 acres for your doggo to run and play. Plenty of shade for humans, too.
grogan’s mill at taramac park
The epitome of a Woodlands dog park, full of gorgeous trees and shade, Grogan’s Mill is a 10-acre park with a heavily wooded dog park in the heart of it. Parking can be a bit limited here, so go early on weekends to guarantee a spot.
